When does online registration open?

Online registration is available approximately six weeks before the show. Check back periodically for updates or sign up for our show e-mail newsletter to get the latest show information.

How can I keep updated on the latest show news?

Sign up for our e-mail newsletter, filled with the latest information on show news, contests and other events and happenings at the Memories Scrapbooking Expo™.

How soon should I arrive before my workshops start?

Registration at the show opens one hour before Workshops/Classes begin. Students will have plenty of time to check-in, sign up for door prizes and get questions answered prior to classes — it's also a great time to look at the class availability list and buy a ticket or two for other great classes you want. We recommend that you arrive in your classroom 5-10 minutes before your class begins, to find a seat and get settled.

Do attendees get a table area to crop and work on their books or is this just limited to the classes and events?

Look for our "Crop Stop" areas on the show floor. They consist of tables and chairs designated for our shoppers to sit and try out the new products they’ve purchased.

When I register online will I receive a confirmation of my order?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation listing the items you ordered. Review this confirmation closely to ensure your order was submitted correctly. Back by popular demand — we've gone TICKETLESS! Simply print your detailed confirmation, and you're all set — it's your entry ticket to the Expo and any classes or crops that you are attending.

Can I change a registration order?

Class exchanges/changes are not accepted so make sure you review the classes closely and make your selections carefully. However, once you've submitted your order, if you want to add a class (or two), it's easy to do. Simply complete the printable Add Form (posted when registration goes live) and fax your additions to us at 740-452-2552 or mail the form to: Memories Scrapbooking Expo™, 1100-H Brandywine Blvd, Zanesville, OH 43701-7303. We'll do our best to get you in the classes you want.

What if I lose my confirmation?

Simply email us at Expo headquarters, and we will verify your registration and send you a replacement confirmation. Easy, Breezy!

Are children allowed at the Expo, and if so, do they need to purchase an admission ticket?

Children 10 and under are free of charge to the show floor. Please note NO children are allowed in classes or Crop Parties (exceptions may be made if the child is accompanied by an adult and participating with a paid class ticket).

Can I sign up for classes at the Expo rather than buying them ahead of time?

Yes, you can purchase class tickets, based on availability, starting at 9 am each day. Note that classes may sell out before the Expo opens, so be sure to register in advance of the show if there is a class that you really don't want to miss.

Will there be plenty of activities to keep me busy all day?

Yes, there will be many booths, Make & Takes and demos on the show floor, not to mention numerous hands-on workshops to choose from throughout the Expo. You can also purchase a Crop Spot on Friday or Saturday, to crop the day away!
